Corroless CCI Powder
Corroless CCI Powder provides a convenient and effective means of protecting against corrosion in enclosed areas. The powder can be blown into remote cavities and complex equipment where application of a conventional coating would not be possible, offering protection for up to two years in manufacture use and storage and transit.
It is usually not necessary to remove CCI Powder prior to commissioning equipment. Applications include pipe line and pipeline control equipment, valves and pumps, electrical and electronic enclosures, closed circuit heating and cooling systems, and packaged metal components in storage
Corroless CCI Tapes and Devices
Corroless CCI Tapes and Devices incorporate the VCI principle into an easy to apply range of adhesive backed impregnated foam products, which release vapour at a constant steady rate. CCI emitters and tapes will provide effective protection against corrosion for up to two years in sealed enclosures.
CCI V1 and CCI V12 will protect 1 cubic foot and 12 cubic feet respectively and CCI V100 can be cut to suit individual requirements, offering versatile corrosion protection for all sizes of equipment. Applications include switchgear, aviation and navigational equipment, alarm systems, relays, and computer equipment.
Corroless CCI 250
Corroless CCI 250 is a water based vapour corrosion inhibitor used mainly as a hydro test additive. CCI 250 can be used for indoor protection of steel. Applications include hydro test additive, protection of steel coils and stacks, and all steel components.
Corroless CCI 300M
Corroless CCI 300M was developed for use for use as an additive for lubricating and hydraulic oils. CCI 300M is a VCI concentrate which offers excellent protection for interior surfaces of engines, hydraulic systems and other machinery. During down time CCI 300M will protect areas where oil has drained away.
Corroless CCI 350
Corroless CCI 350 can be applied directly onto a wide range of surfaces with minimal surface preparation.
It is effective even when moisture oil or rust is present. CCI 350 will protect machinery and equipment in storage for up to three years in aggressive coastal and industrial environments. In enclosed or interior environments CCI 350 offers even longer term protection. Applications include flange ends, chains, wire ropes, conveyor belts.
Corroless CCI 355
Corroless CCI 355 is a VCI enriched EP grease which can be applied directly to surfaces requiring continuous lubrication in areas subject heavy or shock loading.
Corroless CCI 400
Corroless CCI 400 is a blend of waxes, oils and vapour phase inhibitors developed for outdoor use in aggressive conditions. CCI 400 is suitable for application directly on to damp or rusty surfaces. CCI 400 offers excellent protection for up to four years in exposed exterior conditions. Applications include bridges, machine casings, external pipe work, and interior of box sections.
Corroless CCI 400A
A blend of waxes and VCI (vapour corrosion inhibitor), developed for outdoor use under aggressive conditions.

Corroless CCI 450
Corroless CCI 450 is a blend of resins and vapour phase corrosion inhibitor, developed for use where the requirement is for the customer to be able to see the substrate. CCI 450 dries to form a clear dry film that protects against condensation and subsequent corrosion for 2- 4 years, depending on the environment. Applications include switchgear, computer and navigational equipment, electric motors and printed circuit boards and many other external uses.
Corroless CCI 450A (Touch Dry Clear Film)
A blend of resins and VCI (vapour corrosion inhibitor), developed for use where the requirement is for the user to be able to see the substrate

CORROLESS Rust Stabilising Primers
Corroless S is general purpose rust stabilising primer that enjoys an enviable track record of over 30 years in a wide variety of challenging applications. Corroless S has excellent wetting properties and is suitable for application onto firmly adherent rust as well as shot blasted surfaces.
With a temperature resistance of up to 200°C, Corroless S is also ideal for applications such as heat exchangers and transformer radiators. Other areas where Corroless S has been used with great success include cranes, bridges, exterior tank surfaces, concrete reinforcing bars, and general plant maintenance.
Corroless SHB is single coat version of Corroless S giving a dry film thickness of up to 90 microns. Corroless SHB is of particular use in aggressive environments where additional protection is required or where access is limited and multi-coat systems are impractical.By reducing the number of coats required in an anti-corrosive system, Corroless SHB will afford substantial application cost savings on structures such as transformers, bridges, containers, storage tanks and cranes.
Corroless QDR is fast air drying primer can be over coated with alkyd and oil based coatings such as Corroless RF16 in as little as 30 minutes. Corroless QDR is of particular value in the production of steel components, machine castings, automotive parts and other original equipment where time is at a premium. Corroless QDR is also useful as part of on-site routine maintenance where small areas require quick patch repair.

Corroless M is a versatile, general purpose rust stabilising primer particularly suitable for use in multi-metal situations including galvanising, aluminium, zinc coated surfaces and ferrous metals. No etch primer is required and the product can be applied to non-ferrous, ferrous and firmly adhered rusty surfaces.
Corroless EPF is a two component glass reinforced, solvent less, epoxy based, rust stabilising primer formulated for use in aggressive environments with minimum surface preparation (St2 Standard of EN ISO 8501-1:1988). Applications include ballast tanks, sheet piling, water tanks, jetties, bridges and other structural steel, as well as concrete and other selected substrates
CORROLESS Reinforced Finishes
Corroless RF16 is a single pack, general purpose, glass reinforced, high-build alkyd finish. Corroless RF16 is fast drying compared to other high-build alkyds and provides an excellent decorative topcoat for applications such as pipes, mechanical equipment, tanks, bridges and fire escapes.
Corroless G3 Corroless G3 is a single pack M.I.O primer/finish for use on new and weathered galvanising and other metals. Provides excellent adhesion without the requirement of an etch primer. Applications include street furniture, piping, mechanical equipment, railings, tank externals and other steelwork.
Corroless RF31is two pack epoxy intermediate/finish providing a durable finish with excellent resistance to spillage of petroleum products, and a wide range of mild chemicals. Corroless RF31 withstands most greases and immersion in oil and gives excellent protection in urban, marine and industrial environments.
Corroless RF35 is a high performance chemical resistant two pack finish offers superior protection for structures exposed to chemicals including both raw and treated sewage. Corroless RF35 is suitable for use in contact with potable water and is listed by the UK Water Fittings Byelaws Scheme.
Corroless RF35 is solvent less and is of particular use in tank lining applications which include petroleum product storage and transfer. Corroless RF35 is approved to Defence Standard 80-07/2 for lining the interior of Bulk Fuel Tanks.
Corroless RF61 is a two component high gloss finish with good weathering characteristics, flexibility and chemical resistance make it ideal where a tough decorative finish is required such as on bridges, hand rails, fire escapes and structural steel or where specialist chemical resistance is required as on storage tanks or chemical plant. It is indefinitely overcoatable allowing easy maintenance.
Corroless RF65 is a two component semi-gloss finish with good weathering characteristics, flexibility and chemical resistance make it ideal where a tough decorative finish is required such as on bridges, hand rails, fire escapes and structural steel or where specialist chemical resistance is required as on storage tanks or chemical plant. It is indefinitely overcoatable allowing easy maintenance.
